“Observing Connections” Opens In CVA Gallery

The CVA Gallery on the Lincroft campus hosted a public reception on Oct. 17 for its new exhibition, “Observing Connections: Photographs from the Teaching Collection and Invited Photographers.”

The exhibit, which will be on display through December 5, pairs the work of major photography figures from Brookdale’s Teaching Collection of Photographs with invited photographers, including two Brookdale students, whose work relates by theme, subject or approach.

Curated by Professor Geanna Merola and fine art photographer John Vigg, “Observing Connections” features work by a wide range of photographers including Ansel Adams, Diane Arbus, Mariette Pathy Allen and Jeremy Kohm.
