Brookdale’s annual Career Month is in full swing, with three upcoming events designed to help students land the job of their dreams.
From 11:30 am to 1 pm on Tuesday, March 22, Brookdale’s Office of Career and Leadership Development will host free resume writing and interview skills workshops in Lincroft and Freehold. Attendees will receive personalized job application advice and learn the most effective ways to stand out with today’s employers.
The Lincroft workshop will be held in MAC 110. The Freehold Campus is located at 3680 US Highway 9 South. For more information click here.
Brookdale students are encouraged to attend one of these workshops in order to make an impression at the 3rd annual Career and Internship Fair, set for Thursday, March 24th in Lincroft.
The event will feature representatives from dozens of local and national employers in a wide range of industries, offering Brookdale students a unique opportunity to learn about potential careers, submit resumes and expand their professional network.
Attendees should dress professionally, bring multiple copies of their resume, and arrive ready to speak with employers about available internships and job opportunities.
The Career and Internship Fair will be held from 11 am to 2 pm in the Student Life Center’s Navesink Rooms. Click here to learn more.
