Photography Exhibit to Mark Five-Year Sandy Anniversary

More than 60 photographs documenting the aftermath and recovery from Hurricane Sandy will go on display in Brookdale Community College’s Center for Visual Arts (CVA) Gallery on Oct. 20 as part of a new exhibit titled “91 Days; Countless Nights.”

Brookdale to Launch ‘Textbook-Free’ Math Course

Students studying introductory algebra at Brookdale Community College will no longer have to buy a traditional textbook. Beginning this fall, all students enrolled in the college’s MATH 021 course will be able to download a free copy of a new, digital textbook or purchase a bound copy at Brookdale’s bookstore for $11.

Community members are invited to explore Brookdale Community College’s new 37,000-square-foot classroom facility in Wall Township on July 12 during a public open house, held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the college’s Wall location, 800 Monmouth Blvd.
